As long as you’ve packed your PassportCard, you’re ready for when “it” happens. From street food surprises to unexpected monkey bites and the dreaded delayed luggage, we’ve got you covered. Get instant payouts on approved claims, anytime, anywhere*. It’s the way insurance should be – quick, simple and hassle-free.
1. Medical issue overseas
Need a doctor? In pain and not sure what to do? Our 24/7 Global Assistance team can direct you to the nearest pharmacy, hospital or doctor and load the PassportCard with funds to cover your medical costs.
2. Delayed luggage
When your luggage isn’t where you are, it’s hard to begin your holiday. We can add up to $250 to the PassportCard to buy emergency essentials.
3. Stolen cash
No cash, no holiday! PassportCard will load $350 (or up to $700 for 2 adults) on the card to help you until you work out details with your bank.
Call our team any time for a quick solution and if your claim is approved, funds are instantly transferred to the PassportCard. We will then send an activation PIN to your mobile phone.
Once you receive your PassportCard, you can use the card number to add it to a digital wallet like Apple or Google Wallet. Make sure you still carry your physical card with you on your trip as digital payments may not be accepted everywhere.
If you are having trouble adding your PassportCard to your digital wallet, contact the PassportCard team
PassportCard's market-leading claims process means you can handle the most common problems travel can throw at you without being left out of pocket.
