What you need to get started:

  • Details of the incident (such as the date, where the damage occurred, any other vehicles involved) 
  • Other drivers' details such as name, address and licence number (if available) 
  • Supporting documents or images (if available) 

How you can claim



Claim online

This includes:

•   Collision, damage whist parked, malicious damage

•   Theft, lost or stolen keys

•   Glass

•   Weather damage



Information for when making a claim


We'll need some details from you

  • Your Policy and Account numbers
  • Details about what happened (when, where, how)
  • Contact details of the people involved
  • Police Report details if your vehicle has been stolen or maliciously damaged
  • GST details (e.g. ABN)
  • Any documents or photos confirming the damage

Is anyone injured?

Please notify the police if anyone is injured as a result of the incident.

You may also need to contact your Compulsory Third Party (Greenslip) Insurance provider or the relevant Motor/Transport Accident governing body in your State if you have sustained a personal injury.

Do not:

  • advise anybody else that the incident was your fault
  • offer, agree or promise to settle any claim without our consent
  • carry out or authorise any repairs without our consent
  • dispose of any damaged parts or property without our consent
