Thank you for being a valued customer of Guild Insurance. Depending on the communication preferences you provided us with, your renewal paperwork will be emailed, or posted out to you, normally 4-6 weeks ahead of your policy expiry date.

You can renew in three different ways:

1. Policy Hub

If you need to complete the Online Risk Management Solution (ORMS) package, update your details, review any available policy changes or switch to pay by the month online, you can register and use Policy hub here.

2. Express Pay

If you have reviewed your policy schedule and addendum, and want to quickly pay online, you can use our online payment facility Express Pay here.

3. By Phone

If you need a bit more help, need to make a significant change, or just prefer to speak with a person, you can call a Guild Insurance Specialist between 9am-6pm AEST (AEDT during daylight savings) Monday to Friday on 1800 810 213.
