In the event of a liability claim, or a potential liability claim, the team at your local Guild office can assist you straight away.  When you phone Guild, you will always speak directly to a staff member and where required your call will be immediately referred to our legal team.

Receiving timely legal advice aids in effective management of incidents and helps to avoid complaints becoming claims. Guild liability insurance clients receive access to a duty solicitor hotline for legal advice that provides immediate guidance and support regarding complaints received or potential  claims.
